ChemoCare Add-ons

CIS Healthcare is committed to continually develop the breadth and depth of functionality of our solutions in order that they continue to meet the evolving needs of the oncology multi-disciplinary team.

To that end a number of optional add-ons will be offered to complement and add to the ChemoCare suite of products. Please see below for the latest available developments:

ChemoShare

CIS Healthcare recognises the importance of sharing the learning and experience of working with ChemoCare in delivering a safe oncology service to patients.

All ChemoCare users have access to the ChemoShare service which offers quick and easy communication between sites thus allowing ideas and current issues to be shared and discussed.

ChemoCare Crystal Reports Portfolio

ChemoCare users need total flexibility in being able to interrogate the wealth of data which is routinely collected as a result of delivering their oncology service to patients. Whether for clinical, process or financial audit purposes the information should be easy to access and be flexible to respond to the constantly evolving reporting requirements.

CIS Healthcare offers a reporting package which includes an on site visit to analyse and discuss the Trust's reporting requirements and then either the delivery of a customised set of reports or the delivery of a selection of reports from our existing library. Additional reports can be purchased if required.

ChemoSchedule

Over the past decade, new and innovative medicines have enhanced survival rates and quality of life for cancer sufferers across the world. However, with these advancements have come unprecedented levels of complexity. Today’s cancer drugs demand complicated preparation, difficult administration and with many different treatment regimens, countless combinations of drug doses.

The result is cancer treatments that improve survival but complicate healthcare services, cause delays, increase workloads, while potentially compromising treatment plans and safety.

ChemoSchedule is a unique tool that manages the challenging tasks involved in delivering chemotherapy treatments.

The system automatically schedules appointments to manage the treatment day of any cycle of chemotherapy, freeing already stretched staff from this administrative burden. However, while ChemoSchedule takes care of these responsibilities, clinicians always remain in control of defining priorities. What’s more, unlike other scheduling systems which are separate from the prescribing process and require individual maintenance, ChemoSchedule is integrated within the clinical processes of ChemoCare.
