CIS Healtcare Acquires Orion Imaging Limited

CIS Healthcare is delighted to announce the acquisition of Orion Imaging Limited. The acquisition of Orion represents a unique opportunity to provide the market leading Diabetic Retinopathy Screening solution to CIS Healthcare target markets throughout Europe and also provides Orion customers with a rich pool of resource and experience of successful delivery to NHS Connecting for Health to ensure they achieve the greatest possible benefit from their investment in Orion DRSST.

CIS Healthcare is committed to deliver world class solutions to support chronic disease management including the provision of diabetes care. The Orion solution set combined with the existing CIS Healthcare product PreView will form the basis of a full suite of diabetes management software offered by the group.
