DAX (Drug Advice eXpert)

DAX provides a graphic representation of a patient’s interactions, replacing multiple pages of written text and providing users with all the key information they need to make medication decisions.

Evidence from two of CIS Healthcare’s clients, TweeSteden hospital in the Netherlands and Region North Jutland in Denmark demonstrate that medication errors have been reduced by over 50% following the introduction of the Theriak medicines management solution.

ChemoCare

ChemoCare enables oncologists to quickly prescribe complex chemotherapy accurately and with confidence offering assurance in a busy care setting. Based on an integrated drug formulary, regimen and protocol library, ChemoCare supports the delivery of appropriate treatments. Decision support tools help oncologists make correct prescription decisions and dose calculations, ensuring accurate and appropriate treatment for patients. Oncologists have access to a single patient record, enabling a patient’s treatment history and progress to be reviewed from any location within the oncology network.
