We believe shared information is integral to patient care. 

Using a true single-patient record, ChemoCare ensures up to date clinical information at the point of care. A full patient history can be collected including diagnosis, staging, treatment morbidity and outcomes; and used to support decisions for treatment selection.

In addition the rich clinical data generated in our system can be used to support governance, audit and research. The patient can also receive medication data and discharge treatment guidelines.

Ensuring the continuity of care

The continuity of care following discharge is an area of growing importance. CIS Healthcare’s solutions support patients out into the community through the expansion of ChemoCare into homecare delivery and the efficient management of patient discharge via Theriak.
