CIS would like to reassure all its customers that a full action plan has been engaged and is underway to ensure continuity of service and ongoing support to all sites as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic develops.

Arrangements are in place to facilitate homeworking and enact our DR plans as the official guidance and prevailing conditions require.

Mitigatory steps to secure our ability to deliver the services you require have been and are being taken; whilst the circumstance is obviously in a state of flux, however, it will be kept under review in order that this remains the case.
