Reporting

Flexible information-sharing

The ability to access and share patient data across an organisation – and externally, as required – is crucial when it comes to informing patient care. Being able to do this quickly and easily is of the utmost importance, which is why we designed ChemoCare to record data accurately and share it efficiently.

Our innovative technology is fully flexible, for our clients’ convenience, offering a thorough reporting approach which can be tailored to meet an organisation’s individual needs. We provide both technical and non-technical solutions, using a variety of reliable industry-standard platforms to deliver what you need. These include SQL reporting SSRS and/or Crystal reports.

Easily export patient data

With our fully automated report scheduling, ChemoCare makes it simple to export the data you need in the format you want, e.g. PDF, XLSX, doc, HTML or CSV, and then send it on to the relevant recipient. To make things even more convenient, our expert clinical and technical team has also designed a comprehensive portfolio of preconfigured reports which you can use to present your data.

Meanwhile, our technology can create bespoke export systems for data mining projects, which can then be sent on quickly and easily to data warehouses. Our data mapping tool is another useful feature of ChemoCare, allowing data to be compared across systems and supporting the creation of standardised datasets.

If your organisation requires an even more tailored data extraction service then our team can do this for you, upon request, as well as writing reports.

Since we went ‘live’ in September 2020, and started the training roll-out, we are pleased with the additional functionality the upgrade has provided. Training has been delivered remotely via software platforms due to social distancing restrictions and this methodology has been efficient and successful. Feedback from end users has been positive and many clinicians prefer the new format.

We are pleased to announce that Airedale NHS Foundation Trust has now gone live with the planned upgrade to Chemocare V6. The clinical and IT teams at the Trust worked closely with the project team at CIS Oncology to deliver the project within the planned timeframe. The upgraded system will allow us to continue to develop our chemotherapy service and deliver on the new SACT v3 database. We are very happy with the support and project management offered by CIS which meant that the upgrade ran smoothly.
