Core ChemoCare training
The standard training plan for this session looks at all functions of the system which are relevant to nursing tasks.
- Session duration: Two hours*
*Please note that if you’re using ChemoSchedule then the session lasts for three hours.
This session is aimed at any user responsible for prescribing treatment, including nurses and pharmacists.
- Session duration: Three hours.
This session is aimed at pharmacy technicians and pharmacists, with specific focus on our worksheets and labels feature as well as general system use.
- Session duration: Three hours.
This session is aimed at anyone undertaking User Acceptance Testing
- Session duration: Three hours.
This training is aimed at anyone who is involved with configuration of the ChemoCare system. It’s recommended that training is delivered to up to three users at a time. Please note that the content has been designed with the assumption that all governance arrangements for the system are already in place and known to those attending training.
- Session duration: Two three-hour sessions.
- Session one is an introduction to the system and includes setting up new users, security matrix, drug file configuration, code lists and multi-pharmacy configuration etc. Session two covers how to build cycles and protocols**It is recommended that participating user’s complete session one before session two.
This session is aimed at users who will be configuring the ChemoSchedule functionality within the system. It assumes the user is already familiar with ChemoCare.
- Session duration: Four hours.
Aimed at those who use ChemoCare to manage patient medication.
- Session duration: Two hours.
Clinical Process Reviews
