ChemoCare SACT V4 Discussion

Dear ChemoCare Users
We are writing to inform you of important upcoming changes to ChemoCare in preparation for the implementation of SACT V4.
As part of this transition, several updates will be introduced to ensure compliance with national reporting requirements and to enhance data quality and usability following the publication of DAPB1533 Amd 20/2025 – User Guide v4.0.1 by the National Disease Registration Service and NHS England.
To support you with these changes, we are inviting all users to an information session where we will:
- Provide an overview of the updates to ChemoCare for SACT v4
- Highlight key differences from the current process
- Offer guidance on best practice for accurate data capture
- Answer your questions and provide supporting resources
Your participation is highly encouraged to ensure a smooth transition. This meeting will be recorded and made available by System C for those who are unable to attend.
